Eligibility & Return Window
  • Customers may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery (or fulfillment date if delivery confirmation is unavailable) .
  • Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Final sale items (cleared, customized, or personalized products) are non-refundable.
Refund Process
  1. Submit a return request via email to support@iyiba.com with your order number, product photos, and reason for return.
  1. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label (for defective or incorrect items) or instructions for self-return.
  1. Return shipping costs:
  • Free for items with manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
  • Customer responsibility for change-of-mind returns (flat rate of $5 or actual carrier cost).
  1. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item, credited to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees unless faulty).
Exceptions
  • No refunds for damaged items caused by improper use or shipping mishandling (provide carrier claim documentation).
  • Partial refunds may apply for opened or used items at our discretion.
