Processing & Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 1-2 business days (additional fee applies).
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by country; customs clearance may extend time).
Shipping Fees
  • Domestic: Free shipping for orders over
    4.99 for orders below $50 .
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method (DHL, FedEx, or postal service).
  • Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility—check local regulations before ordering.
Shipping Restrictions
  • We ship to most countries worldwide—exclusions may apply (e.g., restricted items, sanctioned regions).
  • PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted for domestic shipments; international orders require a physical address.
Order Tracking & Issues
